Specialists in energy storage
The battery is manufactured by Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy Co., Ltd. (CNTE). They're also responsible for all quality assurance and testing.
CNTE was established in 2019, taking on investment from CATL. They are focused on the R&D and manufacturing of lithium battery energy storage equipment, both for gridscale and residential scale applications. They operate throughout SE Asia, North America, and Europe, and have recently gained certification in Australia working with Vultra. All ibatteries come with a 10 year warranty.

* Grid backup needs to be wired in, this is not the same as 'islanding' and is limited to specific circuitry on your switchboard. The grid backup is limited to ~2kW of power. Typical costs for installation is $500 but will depend on your specific circumstances.
+ Prices are calculated including the battery rebate at $320 per usable kWh of storage and a standard installation cost of $2,555. Usable capacity is deemed as installed capacity multiplied by discharge depth (i.e. 28.6kWh installed capacity, with discharge depth of 95% = total usable capacity is 27.17kWh).
